Whether your background is in automotive, transport, industrial sales, or account management, we are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road and developing trusted customer partnerships.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across your territory\nDevelop new business opportunities and expand Truckline's customer base\nBuild strong relationships with workshop owners, fleet operators, transport businesses, and key decision-makers\nProactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions\nPrepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure sales opportunities\nMonitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer requirements\nAnalyse customer purchasing patterns and identify growth opportunities\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales reporting\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence\n To be successful in this role, you will bring:\nPrevious experience in Account Management, Territory Management, Business Development, or Sales\nA proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships\nStrong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills\nThe ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory\nExperience within automotive, transport, industrial, manufacturing, wholesale, or related industries will be highly regarded\nA current driver's licence\n With over 70 years of industry experience and 45 locations nationwide, Truckline is proudly Australia’s go-to destination for quality truck and trailer parts, accessories, and expert technical advice.\nYou don’t need to be a truck expert to join us - just a genuine passion for people, service, and teamwork.
