Drive Autobarn forward.\nAt Autobarn, we are looking for an experienced and values-driven Area Manager to lead, support, and grow a portfolio of stores across WA, SA and NT ensuring operational excellence and strong commercial performance.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the State Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple Autobarn stores within your region. As a key leader, you will coach and inspire teams, be a visible leader, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence while upholding our strong values and commitment to integrity.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend time in-store, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for:\nTeam & Culture\nBuilding a high-performance culture by coaching leaders and managing team performance issues.\nFostering a positive, values-driven workplace aligned with Autobarn core values.\nStore Standards - Good Process\nEnsuring consistent execution of operational processes, marketing, and visual merchandising standards.\nMaintaining store integrity through accurate stock management and inventory control.\nLeadership\nLeading, coaching, and developing Store Managers and teams.\nOverseeing recruitment and managing performance, including implementing PIPs where required.\nCustomer Delivery & Business Development\nDriving customer satisfaction and service excellence across all stores.\nDelivering sales growth through promotions, events, and identifying new business opportunities.\nHealth and Safety\nPromoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.\nSupporting safety initiatives, including Toolbox Talks and maintaining up-to-date safety signage.\nFinancial & Administration\nManaging budgets and driving profitability through strong financial and KPI oversight.\nAnalysing P&L and performance metrics to identifying opportunities and improving results.\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
