Manager, you will contribute to the design, development, testing and validation of steering and suspension products for the automotive aftermarket.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop automotive products from concept through to market release\nCreate 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks\nConduct engineering analysis and design validation\nPerform FEA simulations and product testing activities\nCollaborate with Product, Procurement, Quality and Marketing teams\nEnsure products meet performance, safety and compliance requirements\nMaintain accurate engineering documentation and technical reports\nDrive continuous improvement across product development processes\n About You\nTo be successful, you will have:\nDegree qualifications in Mechanical, Automotive or Design Engineering\n3+ years' experience in automotive or product design engineering\nStrong SolidWorks experience\nExperience developing and validating engineered products\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nHighly Regarded\nSteering and suspension design experience\nKnowledge of ADRs and VSB-14 requirements\nFEA
