We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established territory based in Caboolture, Queensland.

This territory covers Narangba through to Beerwah, Bribie Island and west to Kingaroy, providing a diverse customer base across automotive, transport, agricultural, industrial and trade sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys working independently, building strong customer relationships and growing a territory with significant potential.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you'll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers, identifying opportunities and providing solutions that help their businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, agricultural operators, fleet operators and trade customers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Partner closely with internal branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need automotive experience to be successful, but you do need a passion for sales, customer relationships and delivering results.

Essential

• Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• A willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Current Australian Driver's Licence

Highly Regarded

• Automotive, auto electrical, transport, agricultural, industrial or trade industry experience
• Experience selling into workshops, fleets, agricultural businesses or industrial customers
• Knowledge of the Caboolture, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast or South Burnett regions
