incentives and career development with an ASX-listed market leader\nAbout the Role\nThis is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you'll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers, identifying opportunities and providing solutions that help their businesses succeed.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow an existing customer base across your territory\nBuild strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, agricultural operators, fleet operators and trade customers\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities\nConduct regular face-to-face customer visits\nPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities\nExecute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets\nMonitor competitor activity and market trends\nPartner closely with internal branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales activity\n What We're Looking For\nYou don't necessarily need automotive experience to be successful, but you do need a passion for sales, customer relationships and delivering results.\nEssential\nExperience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales\nProven ability to build and maintain customer relationships\nStrong communication and negotiation skills\nA proactive and self-motivated approach\nA willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory\nExcellent time management and organisational skills\nCurrent Australian Driver's Licence\nHighly Regarded\nAutomotive, auto electrical, transport, agricultural, industrial or trade industry experience\nExperience selling into workshops, fleets, agricultural businesses or industrial customers\nKnowledge of the Caboolture, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast or South Burnett regions\n What's In It
