This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN.\nUnder general direction, responsible for application training and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training and at the elbow and phone support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Under supervision may act as project coordinator on projects that may or may not have system-wide implications.\nEssential Duties:\nManage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements.\n\nContinually assess end user workflows and identifies area for personalization or build improvements.\n\nIdentify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate.\n\nAbility to research complex problems and formulate appropriate plans.\n\nCollaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.\n\nLead or actively participate in meetings.\n\nProvide recognized knowledge of product features, functionality and utilization of the application software.\n\nProvide instructor led classroom and one on one training to end users.\n\nDevelop interactive training modules in learning management system\n\nMonitor system effectiveness and/or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and/or manager and resolve simple problems.\n\nParticipate in disaster recovery initiatives.\n\nReview and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.\n\nResolve or triage support calls as first tier support for all Baptist Health Medical Group locations.\n\nProvide assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.\n\nProvide 24/7 support when scheduled.\n\nEnsure that applicable training documentation and/or manuals are available to trainees.\n\nAssist in developing and maintaining test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.\n\nMaintain documentation on the organization’s file share platform.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience, or two
