Responsibilities include advanced food preparation, equipment operation, quality presentation, sanitation, mentoring team members, and supporting efficient kitchen operations.\nJob Description:\nPrepares and cooks food according to standardized recipes, production schedules, and plating standards while ensuring quality and consistency.\nApplies proper cooking techniques, measurements, and presentation methods for meals and events.\nFollows HACCP, food safety, sanitation, storage, and temperature control procedures to maintain a safe food environment.\nOperates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.\nMentors Cook I team members and supports staff development while providing positive customer interactions in service areas.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\n2 years minimum cook experience\nServeSafe Foodservice Handlers or Local Health Department Certification \nMust complete Rouxbe Culinary Training course within 6 months
