This\nposition demands a higher level of expertise and experience in various maintenance areas, including\nadvanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Under the guidance of the Engineering\nleadership, the Engineer III ensures that our healthcare system's infrastructure operates at peak efficiency and meets all necessary regulations and standards. This role places patient care and infection control standards as a top priority, integrating these standards into all activities. The role may require working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in situations of emergency. All roles within the Engineering department are required to adopt and utilize the CMMS work order system to effectively communicate across the organization and manage activities and assets.\n\nJob Description (General duties/responsibilities, but not limited to):\nPerform general maintenance tasks and all other duties assigned by the Director or designee, which may include working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in emergency situations.\nPerform all work within structure of building codes, accrediting body requirements, life safety codes, NFPA, etc., pertaining to the work.\nRegularly review and prioritize advanced maintenance tasks assigned both by leadership and the CMMS system, ensuring timely and accurate completion.\nUse specialized tools and methodologies to perform intricate repairs and maintenance, always adhering to safety and quality standards.\nPerform repair and troubleshooting and inspections.
