Enterprise Data Modelling and Semantic Consistency Data Governance, Ownership and Control Architecture Architecture Governance and Enterprise Alignment Interface to Analytics, Lakehouse and Data Platforms Architecture Repository and Reusable Assets Key Deliverables - Enterprise Architecture Owned • Enterprise Data Architecture blueprint and target data architecture • Enterprise information domain model and data domain model • Enterprise conceptual data models, canonical data models and cross-domain relationship models • Enterprise logical data models and modelling standards • Data architecture principles, standards, patterns, naming conventions and metadata standards • Authoritative source register and system-of-record mapping • Data ownership, stewardship and accountability model • Master data and reference data architecture Qualifications • A bachelor's degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Data Science, Data Management, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Enterprise Architecture or another directly relevant discipline. • Relevant postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Data Science, Data Management, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Enterprise Architecture or another directly relevant discipline will be advantageous. Certifications (Preferred) • TOGAF • DAMA CDMP • DCAM • Microsoft Data Certifications • Azure Architecture Certifications Years of Experience • Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Architecture, or a directly related architecture discipline. • Of the required ten (10) years, at least five (5) years must include experience operating within, or delivering services under, an Enterprise Architecture governance function. • Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise data domains, authoritative-source models, data ownership and stewardship models, metadata standards, lineage architectures, master and reference data architectures, and enterprise data standards.
