The person is expected to actively plan, shoot, edit, direct, and deliver content while leading the Videographer/Editors and Junior Graphic Designer and maintaining the overall creative quality of the team's output. \nThe role works closely with the Digital Marketing team to turn campaign strategies and rollout plans into practical content production. It also coordinates with campaign branding and creative leads so content stays aligned with the campaign message, visual direction, brand guidelines, and Baramey's standard. \nThe team may occasionally support artist content when capacity allows, but artist music releases are not the primary focus of this role or team. \n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Hands-on Content Production\nPersonally shoot and edit marketing content including cast and talent content, promo shoots, campaign trailers, teasers, BTS, recaps, interviews, event content, and short-form social media content.\nLead content production from concept and pre-production through shoot, edit, revision, and final delivery.\nStep in directly on high-priority or fast-turnaround production needs when required.\nShoot & Production Leadership\nLead creative concepts, shot lists, shoot requirements, call sheets, coverage planning, on-set direction, and post-production priorities.\nSet practical production standards for camera, lighting, audio, editing, file management, and delivery.\nMake sure the team is prepared for shoots with the right gear, crew plan, and deliverables.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead the Videographer / Editors and Junior Graphic Designer, set priorities, assign work, and provide clear creative direction.\nCoach the team through practical feedback and help raise their production quality, speed, and consistency.\nCreate a working environment where the team can take ownership while still meeting campaign deadlines and standards.\nCreative Quality & QC\nReview the team's content before delivery or publishing to ensure visual quality, storytelling, technical quality, branding, messaging, and execution meet campaign requirements and Baramey's standard.\nGive clear and actionable feedback and ensure revisions are reflected in final deliverables.\nProtect consistency across campaign content without slowing down fast-turnaround execution.\nMarketing Campaign Execution & Coordination\nWork alongside Digital Marketing Officers and the Marketing Strategist to translate campaign plans into practical content needs and production schedules.\nSupport television, large-scale events, tour, partner and other major marketing campaigns.\nCoordinate closely with campaign branding and creative stakeholders so content remains on-message from concept through final execution.\nOwn the team's workflow, including production timelines, file structures, footage backups, final deliverables, revision rounds, and equipment readiness.\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree\n\n Skills & Knowledge:\n\n General & Technical Skills \n\n Several years of professional shooting and editing experience with a strong portfolio in campaign, promo, television, event, entertainment, or social content.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing software.\nConfident operating professional or cinema cameras and working with lighting, audio, lenses, and production equipment.\nExperience leading shoots or small creative / production teams.\nExperience with talent, television shows, concerts, festivals, tours, or large-scale event campaigns is a strong advantage.\nProactive, with a willingness to adopt company systems and technology, including AI tools and project management platforms, to work more efficiently.\n\n Soft Skills \n\n Strong visual judgment, storytelling ability, ownership, and attention to detail.\nAble to work quickly and consistently during heavy campaign periods.\n\n Position Summary Schedule: Full time, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday \nPlease note that this job may involve attending events/Concerts in the evenings or weekends, or on public holidays. *\nRole Purpose:\nThe Videographer / Editor supports the production of marketing content for television shows, concerts, festivals, tours, partner campaigns, and other large-scale Digital Marketing projects. \nThe role is responsible for both shooting and editing and should be comfortable producing everything from fast-turnaround social content to more polished promotional and campaign videos. \nBasic photography and retouching ability is a strong plus. The person does not need to know everything from day one, but should have strong fundamentals, a willingness to be trained, and enough passion and initiative to keep improving their own work. \n\n Duties & Responsibilities:\n\n Videography\nShoot cast and talent content, promotional material, BTS, interviews, concerts, events, tour moments, activations, and other marketing content.\nOperate professional cameras with a solid understanding of exposure, frame rate, shutter speed, lenses, composition, lighting, stabilization, and audio.\nWork from campaign briefs, shot lists, and production direction provided by the Senior Marketing Content Lead.\nVideo Editing & Post-production\nEdit TikTok, Reels, Shorts, teasers, campaign videos, promo videos, recaps, interviews, and other campaign deliverables with fast turnaround when required.\nHandle color correction, basic sound balancing, subtitles, simple graphics, pacing, transitions, and platform format adaptations.\nPrepare versions in the correct aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for different platforms and campaign needs.\nPhotography Support\nSupport basic photography when required, including event stills, BTS photography, simple portraits, and campaign documentation.\nUnderstand basic photoshoot setup, lighting, camera settings, lenses, and equipment handling.\nHandle basic photo selection and retouching using Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent software when needed.\nEquipment & File Management\nPrepare and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, storage, and other production gear.\nKeep footage properly organized, backed up, and ready for editing and handover.\nWork closely with the Senior Marketing Content Lead, Junior Graphic Designer, Social Media team, and Digital Marketing Officers to deliver content according to campaign needs and timelines.\n\n Expected Profile of Candidates \n\n Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree\n\n Skills & Knowledge:\n\n General & Technical Skills \n\n
