Join our team.\nBarbaricum is seeking skilled and adaptive Mid-Level Intelligence Domain Systems Engineers to support the integration and application of intelligence systems and technologies across USSOCOM, its Components, and global partners. This role is essential to enhancing the capability of Special Operations Forces (SOF) through the delivery of tailored software training, technology integration, and intelligence analysis support. The successful candidate will be expected to provide expert instruction on SOCOM programs of record and emerging intelligence platforms, ensuring seamless support to current and future technologies integrated within the unit’s intelligence production workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver training and support for intelligence tools and technologies related to:\nHuman Intelligence (HUMINT)\nSignals Intelligence (SIGINT)\nGeospatial/Imagery Intelligence (GEOINT/IMINT)\nOpen Source Intelligence (OSINT)\nTailor courses and user training for both SOCOM programs of record and emerging commercial/government-sponsored systems.\nAdvise SOF units on how to leverage intelligence platforms to build a comprehensive operational picture.\nSupport seamless integration of new technologies into existing unit intelligence production schedules.\nCommunicate intelligence and operational findings to senior leadership with accuracy and clarity.Required Qualifications\n\nMinimum 4 years of experience effectively communicating intelligence and operations insights to senior leaders.\nMinimum 4 years of analytical experience in at least two intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT).\nMinimum 3 years of experience using intelligence software and tools, such as:Analyst Notebook\nM3 or other research/reporting tools (e.g., Catapult, Palantir, FADE)\nHOT-R or CHROME (or similar CI/HUMINT tools)\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCandidates will have proficiency or high potential to gain some level of proficiency to enable and train software capabilities across three \"domains\": (1) Operations, (2) Intelligence warfighting functions and (3) tactical Mission Planning and Execution domain.
