You will be working as Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software engineering teams within a banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into detailed technical requirements, supporting agile delivery teams, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.\nTo be a successful as Business Analyst, you should have experience with:\nAnalyse banking products and processes including: \nRetail and Digital Banking \nPayments and Cards Processing \nLending \nSavings & Current Accounts \nCustomer Onboarding and KYC \nEnsure solutions comply with banking regulations, risk controls, security requirements, and internal governance standards.Work closely with software engineers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. \nPrioritize and manage product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners. \nSupport development teams with requirement clarifications and business context.\nPerform data analysis and validation using SQL and reporting tools.
