Purpose of the role

Focused on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus.

Accountabilities

• Scope Management: Manages a single project with specific, defined objectives, deadlines, and deliverables. Their focus is on completing the project on time, within scope, and on budget.

Join us at Barclays as Credit Risk Workstream Lead to support the delivery of an advanced Risk Rating System within Private Banking and Wealth Management. These roles sit within a major regulatory transformation programme and will lead key workstreams across model development, credit risk, and data delivery.

To be successful as a Credit Risk Workstream Lead, you should have experience with:

• End-to-end delivery ownership of complex regulatory / risk transformation workstreams

• Solid knowledge of IRB framework and regulatory requirements (e.g. PD, LGD, Use Test, governance)

• Ability to lead and align cross-functional stakeholders across business, risk and technology

• Experience in data, modelling or technology delivery within credit risk / IRB environments

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Solid governance and control framework experience (risk, audit, regulatory engagement)

• Experience in structured planning and delivery (e.g. requirements decomposition, Agile / large-scale programmes)

• Private banking platforms and jurisdictions
