We are looking for an experienced AVP Software Engineer who can lead the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable and resilient applications, with primary accountability for customer journey solutions. This role combines hand-on engineering, technical oversight, project delivery ownership on key web technologies.\nYou will be responsible for building high-performing teams, drive engineering excellence through modern architecture, High-quality engineering, automation, security, CICD and operational best practices while leading, developing and contributing to a high-performing mobile engineering team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.\nTo be a successful Customer Journey - Software Engineer - AVP, you should have experience with:\nAbility to design, build, test, and operate production services using technologies such as REACT, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, together with the desire to broaden your expertise.\nDesign web solution catering accessibility and responsive requirement.\nComponent development using Node-based build tooling\nSupporting end-to-end testing.\nAbility to use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping, implementation, and documentation while applying sound engineering judgment.\nExperience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities.\nExperience working with APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data or domain models.\nExperience with authentication, authorization, and identity management.\nAbility to communicate technical decisions clearly, collaborate across teams and time zones, and support other engineers through feedback and knowledge sharing.\nDevOps Skillsets: Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Datadog, constrainers and Helm.\nStrong understanding of application architecture, dependency management, and maintainable code design.\nSome other highly valued skills may include:\nLead the design,
