Working as part of a wider data and reporting team, you'll help transform complex data into clear and meaningful information, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions. You will contribute to the creation of reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and presented in a user-friendly way. You'll work closely with colleagues across data, technology, and business teams to understand reporting requirements and support continuous improvements in reporting and visualisation capabilities.\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\nExperience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI, leveraging data from platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or other enterprise data sources.\nA good understanding of data structures, relationships, and data modelling concepts, including joins, relationships, and data blending.\nExperience supporting Tableau Server or Power BI environments, including data refreshes, scheduling, subscriptions, and monitoring report performance.\nThe ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear and effective reporting solutions.\nExperience working collaboratively with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and product teams to deliver reporting and visualisation outputs.\nSome other highly valued skills include:\nWorking knowledge of SQL and experience querying relational databases.\nExposure to Python, PySpark, or data analytics techniques.\nExperience using SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) or other reporting tools.\nGood communication skills with the ability to explain data and reporting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.\nYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success
