They will also be expected to demonstrate the Barclays Mindset - to Empower, Challenge and Drive - the operating manual for how we behave.\nEmbark on a transformative journey as a Forward Deployment Engineer at Barclays, our vision is clear -To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.\nTo be successful as a Forward Deployment Engineer, you should have experience with:\nGood technical experience in AI/ML with experience developing and deploying solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks and protocols (Strands, FastMCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, A2A, MCP).\n\nAbility to translate multi-layered business problems into technical solutions with experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver production systems.
