Site Reliability Engineer - XDP you should have experience with:\nMust be able to provide effective production support with rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries\nMust demonstrate the ability to resolve problems, escalate issues, clearly communicate with the users and other teams, and effectively manage priorities and expectations.\nParticipate in Major Incident Management calls across various component teams to help identify the root cause of the incidents and resolve the incident thereafter.\nShould be flexible working in shifts as per the requirement, this role also requires the candidate to do weekend support on ad-hoc basis and during releases.\nIdentify opportunities to improve Operational efficiency around application support space.\nAble to communicate to senior stakeholders from various teams, RTB, BTB, Compliance and other project areas.\n7+years of professional experience.\nAdditional relevant skills given below are highly valued:\nExperience of Linux/Unix experience and conversant with UNIX commands for deployment, automation and housekeeping.\nExperience on Java Applications, Oracle, SQL (PLQSP/MySQL) and MongoDB with exposure to writing queries, tuning concepts, data analysis etc.\nExperience of at least two of the Middleware technologies amongst JBOSS Apache Tomcat, Glassfish.\nExperience on Microservices and containerized (OpenShift/APIs) and public cloud technologies (AWS / Azure).\nExperience of monitoring tools AppDynamics and/or ITRS and/or observe and scheduling Tools -
