day.\nTo be successful as an Oracle Site Reliability Engineer, you should have experience with:\nGood experience with Oracle Database administration concepts and PL/SQL development.\n\nAbility to write, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain multi-layered SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, and performance-critical database code.\n\nGood understanding of Oracle architecture, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high availability solutions.\n\nProficiency in Bash/Shell scripting and Python for automation, monitoring, operational tasks, and incident remediation.\n\nExperience developing automated solutions to improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and support operational excellence.\n\nGood experience with Git/Bitbucket for version control and source code management.\n\nPractical knowledge of Jira for Agile delivery, change management, defect tracking, and sprint execution.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD values and deployment processes for database changes\n\nSome other highly valued skills may include:\nExperience with Ansible for configuration management, database deployment automation, and operational runbook automation.\n\nExperience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, Elastic, Observe, Grafana, Prometheus).\n\nAbility to perform root cause
