You will develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan, coordinate multiple workstreams and provide clear visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks and issues. You will bring structure and accountability to delivery, ensuring decisions are escalated at the right time and the programme remains on track against its objectives.\nYou will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of detailed project delivery within an environment that is evolving at pace. You will produce high-quality governance and reporting materials, manage activity and ensure interdependencies are understood and controlled. You will bring sufficient pensions and project management expertise to operate independently.\nTo be successful as a Pensions Project Manager- 12 Months Fixed Term Contract, you must have the following essential skills:\nPensions industry knowledge combined with demonstrable project management experience within a pensions environment.\nExperience delivering complex projects or transformation programmes from mobilisation through to implementation.\nPlanning and delivery management skills, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and RAID management.\nGovernance, reporting and senior stakeholder management capabilities.\nWorking independently and through ambiguity, turning complex requirements into a clear and executable delivery plan.\nSome other highly valued skills may include\nDelivering change within financial services, insurance or another highly regulated environment.\nExperience producing Steering Committee papers, executive reporting and
