In this operations-room-based role, you’ll act as the key link between Physical Security and Barclays UK, ensuring swift decision-making and seamless coordination during incidents.\nThis position requires an in-office presence five days a week and a strong ability to manage real-time events in a high-paced environment.\nTo be successful as a Physical Security Incident Manager, you should have:\nPrevious experience managing incidents - bridge calls\nWorking on physical security platforms, electronic access control, CCTV\nCrisis management experience - coordinating responses\nOther highly valued skills include :\nPhysical Security credentials or qualification\nFinancial services experience\nRelationship management - presenting stories by data\nYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical
