In this role, you will lead the onboarding of existing and emerging quantitative modeling methodologies, enhance model infrastructure, and coordinate model redevelopment efforts in response to performance monitoring, validation feedback, and changing business requirements. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Quantitative teams to ensure robust model governance and regulatory compliance while contributing to the validation lifecycle. This position offers broad exposure to financial banking operations and provides a unique opportunity to partner with multiple business areas, influencing the bank's forecasting, capital planning, and stress testing capabilities.\nTo be successful as a Planning and Stress Testing Model Execution AVP, you should have:\nAdvanced quantitative modeling and analytics experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, capital management, and stress testing frameworks.\nStrong understanding of banking, financial markets, and regulatory stress testing requirements, with the ability to apply analytical insights to business and risk management objectives.\nProven ability to execute, monitor, and enhance financial models while partnering with Finance, Risk, Quantitative Modeling, and Validation teams in a highly regulated environment.\nOther highly valued skills and experience include:\nStrong business acumen with the ability to assess complex financial and stress testing outcomes and their impact on strategic decision-making.\nBackground in accounting, consulting, finance, or a related discipline, with experience applying analytical insights in a banking or corporate environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex modeling and financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.\nThis role is based in New York, NY.\nMinimum Salary: $100,000\nMaximum Salary: $150,000\nThe minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.
