This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced quantitative solutions, influence modelling standards, and help drive innovation within a highly collaborative environment.\nYour focus will be on delivering robust analytical models, managing complex stakeholder requirements, and ensuring solutions meet high standards of performance, governance, and regulatory compliance.\nTo be successful as a Quantitative Analyst Vice President (VP), you should have:\nExperience developing and applying quantitative models in areas such as Treasury, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity Risk, Customer Behaviour, or Market Risk disciplines to generate commercial insights for business stakeholders.\nOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams and engaging with senior stakeholders in Risk, Business, and Technology functions.\nProven ability to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans, manage critical dependencies, and drive outcomes in complex environments.\nExtensive development experience in Python, including data processing (e.g. with pandas, polars, or similar), and handling complexity (e.g. through multi-processing, or caching).\nExperience with software architecture and databases. Understanding shared codebase best practices and the cost of in-house modelling software development.\nSome other highly valued skills may include:\nExperience supporting a range of banking portfolios, including retail and wholesale lending, deposits, Treasury, and financial markets businesses.\nKnowledge of liquidity and interest rate risk frameworks, such as LCR, NSFR, NII Sensitivity, Economic Value of Equity (EVE), VaR methodologies, and tail risk analysis.\nExperience working with large and complex datasets within financial institutions, including implementing solutions to address data quality, governance, and integrity challenges.\nExperience producing model documentation and supporting Model Validation, Internal Audit, or other regulatory review processes governing advanced quantitative models.\nYou may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and quantitative analytics, as well as job-specific technical skills.\nThis role is based in our office in Prague.\nEntry Salary: 1,900,000.00 CZK\nUpper Salary: 2,500,000.00 CZK\nThe entry and upper salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and represents the typical range of pay for the role.
