You will design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations that provide meaningful analysis of customer contact trends and categories, leveraging tools such as Amazon Connect Customer, Tableau and Power BI to drive business performance and enhance the customer experience.\nTo be successful in this role, you will need the following:\nProven experience designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks, applying data visualisation best practices to ensure clarity, accuracy and accessibility.\nStrong understanding of data structures, relationships and cardinality, with the ability to design effective reporting data models in Tableau (joins, relationships and data blending) and Power BI.\nExperience working with Amazon Connect Customer (AWS Connect).\nAbility to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, defining both report content and presentation.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, VUX teams and business stakeholders to deliver and productionise dashboards in line with Barclays standards.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSome other highly valued skills include:\nStrong SQL and database experience.\nKnowledge of Python/PySpark and data analytics.\nExperience working in a Call Centre or Contact Centre environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.\nYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.\nThe successful candidate can be based in Northampton (Pavilion Drive) or Knutsford (Radbroke
