Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.\nAccountabilities\nBuild Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. Including the identification of the appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business, optimisation, and resourcing requirements.\nIncident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages. This is an exciting opportunity to work with technologies, solve sophisticated enterprise-scale problems, and grow your career within a global organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.\nTo be successful as a Virtual Desktop Operations Engineer, you should have:\nExperience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Cloud, CVAD, and Gateway\n\nBackground in Windows Server, Windows 11 Multi-Session, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPOs), DNS, certificates, and VDI profile management\n\nExperience applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve platform reliability, availability, scalability, and performance\n\nOther highly valued skills include:\nExperience using monitoring, alerting, and telemetry tools such as Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Splunk, Observe, and related platforms\n\nExperience working within ITIL-aligned enterprise environments\n\nExperience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort\n\nYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.\nThis role is located in our New York, NY office.\nMinimum Salary: $75,000\nMaximum Salary: $135,000\nThe minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate.
