You will serve as the voice of the customer and business while working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Treasury Services, Sales, and industry stakeholder to support broader payment modernization objectives.\nTo be successful as a VP - ACH Product Manager , you should have:\nDeep understanding of ACH payments, domestic payment processing, and corporate treasury workflows.\nStrong knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules, ACH network requirements, return processes, and exception handling.\nComprehensive understanding of Payments products including ACH, Wire, Check, RTP/FedNow, and related client workflows.\nKnowledge of payments connectivity standards including NACHA file formats, APIs, host-to-host connectivity, and ISO 20022 initiatives.\nFinancial services experience with strong knowledge of Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking products.\nProven track record of owning and delivering strategic product initiatives.\nExperience developing and managing product roadmaps and product backlogs.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, design thinking, and modern product management practices.\nStrong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nStrong communication and presentation abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated environment.\nSome other highly valued skills may include:\nExperience managing ACH products within a large transaction banking or corporate banking environment.\nKnowledge of instant payments, payment modernization initiatives, and emerging payment rails.\nExperience working with FinTechs, ERP providers, treasury workstations, and digital platforms.\nFamiliarity with APIs, embedded finance, and modern payment infrastructures.\nSAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.\nProject and change management expertise.\nExperience developing product business cases, pricing strategies, and financial models.\nUnderstanding of AML, sanctions, fraud management, operational resiliency, and third-party risk frameworks.\nKnowledge of RTP, FedNow, and future payment ecosystem developments.\nYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.\nThis role is located in New York, NY.\nMinimum Salary: $155,000\nMaximum Salary: $200,000\nThe minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate.
