The role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience through effective troubleshooting, system support, and technical expertise.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to independently support installation and service activities across customer sites in Mumbai.\nKey Responsibilities :\nReview site specifications and customer requirements prior to installation and develop detailed implementation plans.\nPrepare products, tools, and equipment required for successful installation and commissioning activities.\nPerform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nProvide technical support and guidance to channel partners, dealers, and customers during installation and service activities.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely closure of customer concerns and proper escalation when required.\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency service repairs at customer locations.\nPrepare accurate service reports and maintain documentation of installation, maintenance, and support activities.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.\nDeliver product and system training for customers and partners to ensure effective operation and maintenance of AV solutions.\nSupport product demonstrations, customer presentations, trade shows, and technical events in collaboration with the sales team.\nProvide technical expertise and support to internal teams on product and system-related matters.\nShare customer feedback and field observations with management and product teams to support continuous improvement.\nYour Profile :\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.\n3+ years of experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, preferably in installation, commissioning, or field service roles.\nHands-on experience with professional AV products, display systems, video walls, projectors, control systems, or related technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage assignments independently and work in customer-facing environments.\nGood communication and customer service orientation.\nStrong English speaking, reading, and writing skills.\nBasic networking knowledge is essential.\nCCNA certification is
