18 years\n\nRelevant Experience : Minimum 5 years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar Agile role\n\nEmployment Type : Full-time\n\nWork Mode : Hybrid - 3 days per week in office\n\nJob Summary :\n\nBarco is looking for a technically proficient Product Owner to collaborate with software engineering teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive effective product delivery.\n\nThe candidate will translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements, manage backlog readiness, clarify technical requirements, and ensure that product increments meet acceptance criteria.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software systems, APIs, data flows, and architecture, along with experience working in Agile product development environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Refine and prioritize product backlog items to ensure they are clear and ready for development.\n\n- Work closely with software developers, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to support product delivery.\n\n- Act as the primary point of contact for requirement-related queries during implementation.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Clarify functional requirements and help resolve implementation blockers.\n\n- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet business expectations.\n\n- Validate product functionality against defined acceptance criteria and support functional testing.\n\n- Identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.\n\n- Promote effective collaboration between business and technical teams.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 12 -
