Role requires maintaining reliable, fault tolerant infrastructure and 24X7 application availability and monitoring. This also requires closely working with application teams while supporting them with their day to day tasks and service requests across different environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain, monitor and manage mission critical cloud environments and applications in a mission critical 24x7 environment.\nDeploy new releases as/when requested by application teams.\nSupport different application teams in there day to day tasks and service requests.\nMonitoring the health of infrastructure, deployed services and report any application alerts/errors.\nColloborate with application teams during triage and resolution of operation issues.\nAdapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used with in the organization.\nRequired to monitor the staging, development and production environments, and if necessary, troubleshoot to resolve and or escalate any system, application or operational issues.\nResponsible for opening, updating, providing status and closing tickets.\nPerforms diagnostic / assessment functions to include the determination and the execution of corrective actions(s) on real-time basis.\nAbout the Successful Candidate\nA successful candidate is expected to be having stronig technical background through education and handson experience on platforms and services offered by public cloud vendors like AWS, Azure,Google.
