Make an impact on the world by coming to Barco!\nKey Responsibilities:\n Security Operations:\nAct as part of the 24/7 ITSecOps team and serve as an escalation point for operational security issues & work in close collaboration with other domain experts.\nMonitor, analyze, and respond to alerts generated by the Security Operations Center (SOC).\nProactive Security Hardening & Patching\nPro-active patching and securing of IT systems, based on:\nLinux /Microsoft recommendations and working experience on patch management tools\nUnderstanding of reports from vulnerability scanning tool\nZero-day vulnerabilities remediation's responses.\nDefine hardening guidelines and automate the process & align Inputs from the IT Infrastructure & Operations teams and IT Security Office\n Reactive Security Incident Response:\nInvestigate and remediate malware infections, endpoint compromises, and high-priority incidents.\nCollaborate with regional IT staff during active incidents and provide timely communication to stakeholders.\nFollow and enhance runbooks, create suppression rules, and contribute to threat hunting activities.\nPerform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and create comprehensive incident reports.\n Lead security Initiatives & Projects:\nLead and collaborate in global security initiatives, transformation programs, and large-scale security improvement projects.\nDrive implementation of new SecOps technologies, process enhancements with strong focus on automation.\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Apps, Compliance, Audit, etc.) to ensure security requirements are met.\nContribute to designing security architecture improvements and operationalizing new security controls.\nAct as a technical SME within the team, mentoring junior operational teams and guiding best practices.\n Endpoint & System Compliance Tracking:\nKeep a Track and enforce global compliance for endpoints & Servers:o Disk encryption, Security Software & SW deployment tools\n\nMonitor, guide and report on worldwide security improvements \nLinux/MS Server (OS like Windows, Red Hat, Fedora, Centos, Ubuntu and Debian) patching performed by other teams.\nDrive and coordinate End-of-Life (EoL) OS and software upgrades.\nReport global security posture improvements, risks, and remediation progress.\nEnsure continuous improvement of SecOps compliance posture.\nSupport IT Security and compliance Audits.\nCloud & Infrastructure Security:\nExperience with\nAzure/AWS security services.\nDefender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel SIEM.\nAD, DNS, Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA.\nFirewall, IDS/IPS, Network Segmentation\nParticipate in threat hunting and advance investigations.\nDocumentation & Governance:\nMaintain complete & up-to-date technical documenations, runbooks and process guides.\nEnsure global teams follow approved security procedures and best practices.\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nB.Tech./B.E/M.Tech in computer science or equivalent stream.\nDesired Exp.
