In this light the following possible research topics can be further explored:\nWe are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Engineer to bridge the gap between design and development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences by combining user experience design principles with front-end engineering expertise. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging applications that meet both user and business needs.\nYou will be tasked in creating an intuitive, modern and fresh looking UI in Next.js / React combined with 3D principles in three.js\nKey Responsibilities\nUser Experience (UX)\nAssist with user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.\nCreate wireframes, and interactive prototypes.\nDesign user flows and information architecture that improve usability and accessibility.\nGather and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance product experiences.\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.\nUser Interface (UI)\nDesign visually engaging interfaces that align with branding and design standards.\nCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.\nDevelop responsive and accessible user interfaces for web applications.\nEngineering & Development\nTranslate wireframes and design prototypes into high-quality front-end code.\nBuild and maintain reusable UI components using modern frameworks such as React\nCollaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and application functionality.\nOptimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.\nConduct debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Information Technology, or a related field.experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.\n\nProficiency in:\nHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript\nResponsive Design Principles\nUX Design Methodologies\nDesign Systems and Component Libraries\nExperience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.\nExperience with modern front-end frameworks (React, next.js)\nKnowledge of 3d web frameworks (three.js, WebGL, WebGPU)\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with TypeScript.\nKnowledge of usability testing tools and analytics platforms.\nExperience conducting user research and A/B testing.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExperience with
