are looking for a Power BI Developer to join us on an 8-month contractual engagement and support an enterprise-level migration from Domo to Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power BI.\nYou will work closely with our Business Intelligence team to analyze existing Domo solutions and migrate or redesign dashboards, datasets, calculations, semantic models, and data transformations using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on BI development and wants exposure to a significant platform migration project within a global organization.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMigrate and redesign Domo dashboards, reports, datasets, and business logic in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.\nBuild scalable and reusable Power BI semantic models using dimensional and star-schema modeling.\nDevelop calculations, measures, and time-intelligence logic using DAX.\nCreate and maintain data transformations using Power Query/M.\nWork with Microsoft Fabric capabilities including OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Dataflows, pipelines, and semantic models.\nOptimize Power BI models, DAX, refresh processes, and reports for performance.\nImplement data relationships, security, and Row-Level Security (RLS).\nValidate migrated reports against existing Domo solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\nTroubleshoot data, calculation, model, refresh, and reporting issues.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and improve existing BI solutions during the migration.\nCollaborate with BI team members and relevant stakeholders throughout the migration.\nDocument technical designs, business logic, data lineage, and migration decisions.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-3 years of relevant experience in Power BI development, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related area.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.\nGood understanding of Microsoft Fabric and its core capabilities.\nStrong proficiency in DAX, including filter context, time intelligence, and performance optimization.\nStrong SQL and Power Query/M skills.\nSolid understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, fact/dimension design, and semantic models.\nUnderstanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, refresh processes, and data validation.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work independently and translate existing business logic into effective Power BI solutions.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nGood to Have\nPrevious BI platform migration experience.\nExperience with Domo, including Cards, Beast Mode, Magic ETL, and datasets.\nExperience with enterprise-level Power BI or Microsoft Fabric solutions.\nUnderstanding of Medallion architecture.\nExperience working with global or
