Our vision is to “inspire excellence.”\nPosition Summary:Manage all facets of assigned client program(s) by recruiting, scheduling, and coaching evaluators, ensuring timely completion of high-quality field work, and ensuring client satisfaction.\nEssential Duties:\nRecruit, coach, and schedule evaluators to conduct mystery shop evaluation projects using the Apollo, Prism and ShopMetrics online systems and outside resources. \nTrack project scheduling and confirm timely project completion. \nProvide client(s) with regular project updates via client’s preferred method of communication. \nBuild relationships and establish trust and credibility via oral and verbal communication & feedback to clients on an on-going basis. \nManage the reporting needs of the client. \nMonitor late evaluations and projects; reschedule when necessary. \nReview incoming completed shop reports for adherence to client project objectives, validation of details, and for missing or incorrect data. \nCoordinate with quality control/editing staff or contractors to ensure quality of work and quick turnaround. \nSubmit edited reports to client prior to deadlines. \nMaintain awareness of trends and events within clients’ industries and corporate environments. \nConduct regular client invoicing/billing and confirm prompt payment; follow up on past dues. \nParticipate in team and company meetings. \nPeriodically update client location and manager records. \nPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor. \nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills: \nBachelor’s degree. 3+ years’ related experience may be accepted in lieu of a college degree. \n1 year of related work experience. \nDemonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. \nProficient mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses. \nAbility to quickly learn BARE’s proprietary database systems, including having current knowledge of web-based database system navigation. \nExemplary professional written and verbal communication skills. \nDemonstrated history of active listening and asking for clarification when needed. \nProven ability to convey facts in writing using concepts and language the reader will best understand. \nKnowledge of customer service principles and best practices. \nDemonstrated ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to challenges using available resources. \nHistory of successfully managing multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment. \nAbility to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness. \nProven track record of achieving outstanding results with little-to-no direct oversight. \n Demonstrated ability to earn others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions. \nProven ability to diplomatically handle occasional challenging interpersonal interactions.\nHistory of contributing to a positive team spirit. \nBARE International recognizes the immense value of diversity, the intrinsic need for inclusion, and the current barriers to true equity.
