Join BARE for a close-knit work environment and global entrepreneurial experience!\nJob Description: Senior Accounts Executive - Mumbai\n\nKey Role\nManage end-to-end day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, GST, TDS, routine accounting entries, and month-end close activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain accounting records in Tally Prime, including routine entries in foreign currencies and supporting documentation.\nManage client E-invoicing in Tally Prime, Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups, and reconcile payments received; share periodic AR ageing/collection updates.\nHandle day-to-day finance communications: respond to client/freelancer emails and resolve evaluator queries.\nCoordinate evaluator/vendor payments and support Accounts Payable activities.\nPerform bank reconciliations (BRS) and periodic ledger reconciliations for customers/vendors.\nSupport month-end closing activities, including provisioning/accrual support and basic MIS as required.\nHandling GST & TDS compliance (prepare workings/data for filing and maintaining records).\nFiling GST & TDS return monthly/quarterly.\nWork on internal global operating systems and deliver tasks/data within agreed deadlines; perform other duties assigned by supervisor.\nAssisting in audit work.\nHandling evaluator payments.\nHandling International payments & recording Interoffice transactions.\nWorking on Cash flow report & generate various internal reports from software for management review.\nMaintain organized and secure financial records.\nEnsure timely completion of tasks and submission of data within agreed deadlines.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor\nUnderstand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including ISO 27001 Information Security Management System requirements.\nEducation & Certifications\nB.Com / M.Com (Commerce background preferred)\nSkills & Experience\n4-5 years of relevant work experience in Accounts/Finance (AR/AP, invoicing, taxation support).\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a senior role as an individual contributor\nHands-on experience with bank reconciliation (BRS), ledger scrutiny, and month-end close support.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and basic reporting.\nGood communication skills, detailed and accurate\nKnowledge of MS Office & Tally Prime\nCompetency Skills\nAbility to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.\nDemonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, Tally Prime.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAnalytical and creative approach to problem solving\nAbility to foster a team spirit, positive attitude towards work, co-workers, and management.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks at different stages in a deadline-driven environment.\nEagerness to learn, optimize costs, and contribute to process automation.\nReporting & Compensation\nReports to: Finance Manager - India\nLocation: Mumbai.\nCTC Offered: INR 7 - 8 LPA (with the final offer aligned to the candidate’s last drawn salary within this range)\nData Privacy Notice\nBARE International would like to store your CV in its Bamboo HR Hiring database for 2 years for the purpose to provide you opportunities in case of similar openings within the BARE Group.
