In this role, you'll work closely with customers from project inception through completion, managing projects, coordinating information across stakeholders, interpreting architectural drawings, and ensuring every project is delivered accurately and on time. If you enjoy building client relationships, coordinating complex projects, and working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.\n Manage multiple commercial interior projects from quotation through delivery.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.\nPrepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.\nCoordinate project information between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.\nRead and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure project accuracy.\nMonitor project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery.\nRespond to client enquiries and provide technical and project-related support.\nEnsure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nChampion an exceptional customer experience on every project.\n Previous experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing, construction, architecture, commercial interiors, or design.\nExperience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nFluency in both French and English is required;
