Supports PM providing technical knowledge on various projects. Prepares and reviews engineering specifications, documents, drawings, etc. to produce various deliverables.\nMentors and reviews work of technicians and more junior staff. Collaborate with project team members, client representatives, and review agencies to help resolve challenges. Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, as appropriate.\nConducts on-site visits, as appropriate.
