join us as we prepare to deliver the most creative and innovative AMP we have ever seen?\nWhat you will be doing as our new Electrical Site Supervisor?\nThe responsibilities of this Electrical Site Supervisor role include overseeing electrical work and site electricians, scoping sites and ordering materials, issuing permits and ensuring electrical safety rules are followed.\nKey Responsibilities:\nJob scoping in-house delivery.\nVisit sites before schemes start to measure up and order materials.\nLiaise with project teams on timeframe and labour requirements.\nWrite RAMS for jobs.\nCollate site M&E drawings.\nAuthorised person responsibilities \nComplete the initial electrical site safety report before each job commences.\nIssue permits when required.\nOversee electricians or electrical subcontractors, issue commissioning engineers' permits and assist with the commissioning phase.\nComplete electrical site safety audits and electrical completion paperwork.\nEnsure safe working practices and electrical safety rules are followed by electricians on-site.\nInspect electrical work on completion of schemes.\nAdministration\nCreate job folders for individual schemes.\nComplete red line drawings for as-builts when schemes are completed.\nEnsure NICEIC certificates are fully completed and issued to the Qualified Supervisor for sign-off.\nKey measures & targets:\nEnsure all paperwork is completed as required.\nCompleted permits and RAMS which will be audited on-site inspections.\nEnsure the Outlook calendar is kept up to date.\nEnsure all drawings are procured and issued to site teams for commencement of work.\nEnsure all drawings are red-lined and amended correctly before returning to the close-out team before delivery milestone 5.\nKey relationships:\nElectrical team, including Senior Electrical manager, site supervisors and electricians.\n@One alliance Project teams, @One Lead AP.\nRegional contact for accommodation and training arrangements\nBuying department and wholesalers\nPerson Specification:\nThe successful candidate is likely to meet all the following criteria:\nEssential\nUnderstanding of permit systems\nGood understanding of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989\nExperience in scoping jobs and ordering materials\nAbility to read electrical drawings, panel drawings and wiring diagrams.\nIndustrial M&E Knowledge\nGood literacy skills\n18th edition (Apprenticeship) qualified electrician\nCSCS ECS card\nTest and Inspection (2391 or equivalent)\nProactive thinking with an enthusiastic character\nWell organised and able to meet deadlines.\nExcellent people management skills\nDesirable\nSSSTS or SMSTS\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nAP12 course\nExperience in the water/wastewater
