Join our Finance Business Controlling Team at Barilla Headquarters in Parma for a six-months internship and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic FMCG environment. This opportunity will allow you to develop a solid understanding of Finance & Controlling within the Italian market, while contributing to real business activities and decision-making processes.\nJob purpose\nDuring the internship, you will:\nGain a 360° view of market financial performance, business analytics, and profitability dynamics.\nSupport the business through performance monitoring and evaluation of strategic initiatives.\nCollaborate with experienced Finance professionals and contribute to key planning and reporting processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the monthly and quarterly update of reporting packages, with a focus on product profitability analysis.\nPrepare and monitor monthly accruals.\nDevelop profitability simulations for business projects and commercial initiatives.\nSupport the integration and analysis of Net Sales data and statistics.\nContribute to forecasting and budgeting activities.\nSupport the management and monitoring of overhead cost centers.\nAnalyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMaster’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management Engineering, or related fields (recent graduates or students close to graduation).\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nFluency in both Italian and English.\nExcellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.\nStrong interest in Finance, Controlling, and Business Performance Management within an FMCG environment.\nProactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.\nWhat we offer\n6-months curricular/extra-curricular internship;\nCompetitive Internship salary + relocation allowance when applicable;\nPersonal tutoring and constant support from your team to develop your personal and business skills;\nFirst-hand experience working on live projects, as the fastest way to learn;\nFree access to our company canteen;\nAccess to our onsite shop where you can pick up our products at a generously discounted price;\nFlexible ways of working;\nA unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of the number one pasta company leader in the world!\n\nAdditional information\nStart date: December 2026\nLocation: Parma HQ \nWhat Else?
