If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the creation of top-quality pasta products, we want you!\nMaintenance Technicians during their shift are primarily responsible for operation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of all production equipment within Barilla America's entire facility.\n$36.49 (includes 10% shift differential) for the night shift.\nRelocation bonus available!\nMaintenance Technicians work only half the days in a month, as they work a flexible (2-2-3) shift pattern. Applicants must be available to work every other weekend as part of their regular schedule.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nPerform preventative and corrective maintenance as necessary to ensure plant reliability.\n\nAdjusts metal detector as needed and documents on the Company provided forms.\n\nAssist and/or lead in maintenance procedures throughout the plant.\n\nTroubleshoot any maintenance issues throughout the plant.\n\nComplete various projects including welding, machining, mechanical, electrical, and work orders as assigned.\n\nMonitor plant facilities which include air system, fire system, etc.\n\nPrioritize maintenance work that needs to be completed.\n\nPartner with Packing and Processing to ensure product flow (e.g., work with operators on troubleshooting, and operate machinery).\n\nBe able to operate all machinery including format and size changes in designated area.\n\nAssist and/or lead in maintenance procedures through contractors / vendors.\n\nTroubleshoot PLC and use PLC to troubleshoot equipment issues.\n\nTroubleshoot VFD’s.\n\nWork and communicate well with others and effectively contribute to the working relationships within Barilla America.\n\nAs a team member at Barilla, you’ll enjoy:\nHealthcare, dental, and vision - 1st of the month after hire\n\nCompany paid Life Insurance\n\nYearly Bonus\n\n401k match up to 6%\n\nTuition Reimbursement/Paid Training\n\nWellness Subsidy\n\nDisability Insurance\n\nAdoption Assistance\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 5 years of Maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical) and experience with PLC’s and VFD’s preferred.\n\nPrior experience in manufacturing maintenance is preferred.\n\nAssociates degree in maintenance or an equivalent trade school certificate preferred, but not required.\n\nMust meet essential functions of this position.\n\nDiverse candidates and veterans encouraged to apply.\nBarilla is an equal opportunity employer.
