A subsidiary of MassMutual, Barings maintains a strong global presence with business and investment professionals located across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.\nJob Summary\nBarings’ Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the firm’s growing recruitment efforts. This position will be located in the firm’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport the Talent Acquisition process by scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, facilitating candidate travel, and managing the onboarding and background check process\nFoster strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and the Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team\nRespond to a high frequency of various requests from Recruiters, Hiring Managers as well as new hires and candidates\nPartner with HR team members to successfully onboard new hires\nFacilitate onboarding programs for new hires\nDeliver a seamless, high-touch interview experience for executive candidates\nMaintain detailed documentation on all recruiting processes\nInput all data into the Workday system to ensure effectiveness of our recruitment efforts is tracked properly\nHelp refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we scale\nAd hoc projects, testing and tasks\nQualifications\n1-3 years of related professional experience\nProven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced professional environment\nCapacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nAbility to build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal partners\nFlexible self-motivated team player\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload\nShow initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment\nProficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)\nKnowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday are a plus\nBase Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 (also includes additional benefits and incentive programs)\nRequisite Skills\nAdditional Skills\nBarings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/SexualOrientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
