As a member of the M1M Analytics team, you will play an important role in discovering, analyzing and presenting findings and reports related to all media channels. You will be at the heart of uncovering and measuring the connections between marketing results and business objectives. \nThis is a non-exempt position. \nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport development of measurement plans including metric availability across systems\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned to measurement plans, referencing existing reports and templates\nOngoing data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate\nSupport media performance analysis by analyzing data trends and identifying data changes or outliers that can lead to actionable insights\nCollaborate with media planning, activation, strategy, and account teams to provide data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides\nPartner with reporting and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and automation of reporting processes\nDemonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data\nShowcase the ability to understand the full working picture of a media plan, not in a single channel silo\nQualifications:\n0-2 years of media and measurement experience\nStrong record of academic and/or professional achievement\nQuantitative skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collection, analysis and interpretation\nStrong working knowledge of spreadsheet platforms (i.e. Excel, Sheets, etc.)\nUnderstanding of advertising planning, buying (Google, Meta, Bing, Google Analytics, etc.)\nData analysis experience including spreadsheet (Excel) and SQL platforms\nEffectiveness in managing multiple projects across multiple clients and stakeholders\nExperience in analysis, research and presentation creation\nIntellectual curiosity, problem solving skills and determination\nDetail-oriented and thorough\nEffective communications verbally and in writing\nAbility to listen to stakeholders, process feedback and provide solutions\nStrong work ethic and integrity\n\nThe annual gross base salary range is $50,000- $60,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
