In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex raw data and visual insights, performing end-to-end data quality assurance, developing automated reports, and translating business requirements into clear analytical visuals. \nKey Responsibilities: \nDesign, build, and optimize interactive, production-grade dashboards and reports using BI tools Tableau, Power BI and Looker. \nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPI metrics and reporting requirements. \nPartner with growth, sales, and account teams to design compelling mockups, proof-of-concept (POC) dashboards, and data visual stories for new client pitches. \nDeliver fast-turnaround visual concepts that turn complex capabilities into easy-to-understand value propositions for external buyers. \nMaintain dashboard data models, automated refresh schedules, and row-level security for executive and operational dashboards. \nSupport QA to identify data anomalies and collaborate with Data Engineering to remediate underlying source issues. \nBuild and maintain a centralized data dictionary, KPI definition log, and technical documentation for all business reports. \nSupport standardized guidelines for dashboard design, naming conventions, and data validation rules. \nQualifications: \n0-2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles. \nHands-on experience developing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. \nStrong record of academic and/or professional achievement \nSharp attention to UI/UX formatting, alignment, color consistency, and readability across dashboards. \nData analysis experience including spreadsheet (Excel) and SQL platforms \nEffectiveness in managing multiple projects across multiple clients and stakeholders \nUnderstands user personas to design dashboards that non-technical users find intuitive and easy to adopt \nFamiliarity with relational databases or cloud data warehouses \nThe annual gross base salary range is $50,000- $60,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
