In a timely, organized manner, of course. \nResponsibilities \nPlan, manage and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and brands, simultaneously \nMust have media experience\nWork collaboratively to allocate and manage resources by project and account, including any freelancing needs with the Resource Planning team \nOwn, maintain and report on project plans, status, and hot lists for every project and account assigned with the agency approved tool \nSchedule and lead weekly internal, and at times, external (client facing) status meetings \nTrack key decisions and prioritization that impacts project budgets, cadence, scope, and/or timelines \nContribute to the fiscal responsibility of assigned brands including: the process that encompasses the creation of new scopes and scope amendments, financial reporting and estimations as needed \nContinuously provide transparency with key stakeholders (internal and external) to mitigate risk to budget, scope and timelines \nEnsure all project objectives and deliverables are clearly documented, approved, and delivered to meet clients’ needs and expectations \nSupport teams to define and measure project success using metrics, tools and resources \nAssist with training and onboarding new Brand Operations partners \nGuide the adoption and adherence of new/existing processes and standards agency wide \nQualifications \nBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required \nMinimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required \nExperience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously \nPassion for empowering partners and clients with a seamless experience through process improvement and standardization \nProfessional presentation skills and strong personal presence are required \nMust possess outstanding interpersonal skills as well as an articulate, friendly, “whatever it takes” service-minded attitude, along with a strong work ethic \nCross-media experience preferred \nPMP, Six-sigma, ScrumMaster certifications are desirable \nMust possess positivity, high energy, and a high-level of confidence in your capabilities \nAbility to establish and build productive relationships quickly with diverse personalities in order to meet adapting project demands \nExcellent analytics mentality - telling stories with data and facts \nBarkleyOKRP’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging\nAt BarkleyOKRP, DEI+B drives work that matters.
