# Accommodations Coordinator

Job: Accommodations CoordinatorReporting to the Director of the Center for Accessibility Resources & Disability Services, the Accommodations Coordinator is responsible for working with Barnard faculty to facilitate and coordinate student accommodations and services. The Coordinator provides students and faculty with support in identifying and implementing reasonable academic accommodations in compliance with federal guidelines and College policy and practices.Job Description: Consult with students, faculty, Deans of the College, staff members, and other stakeholders regarding academic success and potential barriers to learning. Serve as point of contact of faculty for a caseload of students. Assist faculty with implementation of and understanding of accommodations for each student and each course, in compliance with individual plans and ADA regulations. Conduct workshops for students and faculty. Will present to large audiences on behalf of the department as needed.
