This position is based in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, a vibrant college town with access to a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, hiking and world class fly-fishing.\nQualifications\nUndergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.\n10+yrs of utility scale electrical construction and estimating experience. \nHold a valid Master Electrician license.\nStrong knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices.\nExperience estimating and developing bids for utility scale electrical projects.\nStrong background/experience with all field installation techniques/methods.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nSafety oriented, 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred.\nStrong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.\nAbility to function as a team-builder/player\nAbility to meet deadlines and collaborate with bid team members \nAbility to travel to project sites and provide support\nThe ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and \nResponsibilities\nContinuing Education to maintain Master Electrician License(s)\nAssist Company in maintaining/acquiring electrical licensure across all 50 US states\nSupport electrical work on a variety of electrical, transmission and substation projects\nInterface with project owners and clients during the project bidding and solicitation process.\nDevelopment of estimates for utility scale electrical, transmission and substation projects.\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of a project by reviewing the owner’s plans and specifications.\nCollaborate with project teams to ensure electrical compliance during estimates and construction.\nReview accuracy of quantity takeoffs and material pricing.\nManage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including development, solicitation and evaluation of bid packages\nDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors\nWork with the accounting and equipment departments to determine labor and equipment costs.\nDevelop scopes of work and project schedules.\nWork with the marketing team to prepare
