Provide clear analysis of actual results, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.\nPartner with the General Manager and site leadership team to develop and execute business strategy, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver financial commitments.\nProvide financial leadership across manufacturing operations, including inventory valuation and reserves, working capital, labor and overhead absorption, manufacturing variances, productivity, and capital investment.\nPartner with the General Manager and functional leaders to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing and investment decisions, and strategic initiatives to support profitable growth.\nIdentify, quantify, and help execute continuous-improvement, productivity, asset-management, and cost-control initiatives that improve operating efficiency and profitability.\nStrengthen financial acumen throughout the organization by translating financial results and operational drivers into clear, actionable business insight.\nWork closely with Segment and Corporate Finance teams, as well as shared-service partners, to ensure effective process documentation, policy compliance, issue escalation, and execution of enterprise initiatives.\nServe as a trusted business partner to site leadership, applying sound judgment and a broad understanding of business fundamentals to improve financial health, operating performance, and long-term value creation.\nQualifications:\nSeven or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least three years of people-leadership experience. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. “Big 4” or other public accounting experience also valued.\nDemonstrated experience across financial accounting, operational finance, planning and forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and business partnering.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation and controls, working capital management, and capital investment analysis.\nProven ability to lead the close and forecasting processes; explain financial performance and operational drivers; and convert analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and change-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop finance professionals and build effective partnerships across operations and functional teams.\nData-driven and intellectually curious problem solver with the ability to identify root causes, establish sustainable process improvements, and deliver measurable business results.\nHigh ethical standards, sound judgment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage personnel at all levels of the organization.\n\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
