Also oversee specific areas such as equipment repairs, safety compliance, and inventory management.\nYour Expertise:\n5+ years combined industrial maintenance/leadership experience\nDemonstrated ability to perform the essential functions safely and effectively\nAbility to communicate clearly, follow written procedures, and maintain accurate work records\nEquivalent relevant education, training, and demonstrated competency may be considered with company approval\nYour Challenge:\nAssign and prioritize breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance work\nSupport advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and machine recovery\nCoordinate equipment downtime, repair status, and priorities with Production team\nContact, schedule, and coordinate contractors and OEM service providers\nIdentify parts, verify OEM part numbers, obtain pricing and availability, and submit purchase requisitions under company procedures\nReview, prioritize, and schedule PMR work orders, including required parts and production access\nConduct forklift training and evaluations \nMentor technicians, monitor work quality, and review Limble documentation\nEscalate urgent safety, equipment, and resource concerns to the management team\nEducation Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nSalary:\n$34/hour - $43/hour\nBarnes Aerospace offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions for eligible medical plan participants; flexible spending accounts (FSAs); a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions; life and disability insurance; and paid vacation and holidays.
