This role serves as a key resource for customer data management, survey administration, and internal coordination, helping teams deliver an exceptional customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Administer Barnhart's customer feedback program and encourage survey participation.\n· Monitor customer feedback and coordinate follow-up on concerns or issues.\n· Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and company systems.\n· Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate customer data.\n· Contact customers to verify and update account and contact information.\n· Support data imports, transfers, and system updates.\n· Assist the Sales & Marketing team with reporting and special projects.\n· Collaborate with branch and corporate teams to resolve data-related issues.\n· Represent Barnhart professionally in all customer interactions.\nRequired Qualifications\n· High school diploma or equivalent.\n· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.\n· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\n· 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or CRM management.\n· Experience with CRM systems (IFS preferred).\n· Familiarity with Listen360 or similar customer feedback platforms.\nBarnhart Offers\nCompetitive salary\n401(k) with company match up to 10%\nComprehensive benefits package including insurance and paid time off\nOpportunity to grow your career with a supportive and team-oriented culture\nPURPOSE - Barnhart is built on a strong foundation of serving others.
