This role supports logistics, crane, rigging, and equipment-setting activities by ensuring accurate project records, efficient communication, and seamless coordination across project teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-driven environment. Proficient with all Microsoft office products.\nExpected Project Length: 6-12 months with potential of extension pending business demand.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Documentation & Controls\nMaintain organized project files, including contracts, drawings, lift plans, permits, and correspondence.\nMaintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, deliverables, and other project controls records.\nSupport close-out documentation including turnover binders, as-built records, and final reporting.\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nOrganize meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and record and distribute accurate meeting minutes.\nSupport daily timesheet collection, expense reports, purchase order requests, and invoice tracking.\nCompile and distribute daily reports, including manpower logs, progress updates, and safety documentation.\nProvide general administrative support to the branch as needed.\nPrepare monthly invoices from daily time sheets.\nAssist in procurement of tools and materials.\nManage the employee onboarding process, including fit for duty, document collection, site training and badging, and policy orientation.\nRequired Qualifications:\nProficient with all Microsoft office products with advanced Excel skills required.\nStrong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage priorities, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.\nExperience supporting construction, industrial, or project-based operations preferred.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-driven project environment.\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nExperience supporting industrial construction or large-scale projects.\nFamiliarity with project scheduling, document control, and project management practices.\nExperience in pharmaceutical or industrial construction is a plus.\nExperience utilizing online construction management and workflow systems (e.g., Coreworx, Metastorm, or similar platforms).\nPURPOSE - Barnhart is built on a strong foundation of serving others.
