This role focuses on daily activities, invoicing support, managing project schedules, and maintaining documentation to support key decisions within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and Microsoft Project.\nDescription:\nDevelop and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.\nFacilitate weekly project schedule calls and provide summaries to stakeholders.\nMonitor progress against schedules, flagging potential conflicts or risks to leadership.\nAssist in coordinating with project managers, and internal teams to keep schedules aligned with goals.\nRecord and distribute accurate meeting minutes, capturing key decisions and action items.\nRoute calls, questions, and follow-ups to appropriate team members in a timely manner.\nPrepare reports, meeting notes, and documentation for leadership review.\nMaintain organized records and archives for historical tracking and lessons learned.\nProvide administrative support to the branch as needed.\nAnticipated hours: 20-25 hours per week.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project required.\nStrong organizational, time management, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nFamiliarity with project management principles and scheduling practices preferred.\nPrior experience in an administrative, scheduling, or project support role is a plus.\nPURPOSE - Barnhart is built on a strong foundation of serving others.
