The operations specialist's responsibilities include managing inventory, handling daily shipments and returns, troubleshooting and problem solving that leads to operational excellence.\nWhat You'll Do\nDaily fulfillment \nPerform day to day shipping by following SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)\nManage international shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations\n\nAssisting Inventory and Warehouse Management\nManage physical locations, labeling, and organization of warehouse\nCount inventory and consumables regularly and maintain accurate records\nReceive and process physical returns and paperwork accurately and efficiently\n\nTroubleshooting and Rework\nTroubleshoot product issues and perform light rework as necessary to ensure product quality\nFlash new firmware to products\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDescribe the working requirements and attributes of the ideal candidate\nExperience and Qualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in operations and warehouse/logistics\nBe able to work in the office 5 days a week\nAbility to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands\nStrong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset\nEffectively communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nAbility to lift moderate amounts of weight\nExperience in Microsoft Products and inventory management software\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus\nWhat We Offer\nGreat Culture\nDecidedly “un-corporate”.
